Supernova Coffee

This season's roast is Hatch's brew is Supernova with tasting notes of caramel and molasses and a thick body. An exclusive partner to Project Origin, Supernova uses an interesting natural process that they call “Supersonic.” This involves a thick 30cm layer for 3 days, followed by a thin layer. Once moisture has reached 16%, the coffee is put into a dark room for about 1 week for sugars to stabilise. Final drying is again on a thin bed layer for another week. 300g bag - whole beans.
