We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable individual to join our team in our Dartmouth location with primary responsibilities in the gifting studio (gift making, shipping, product restocking) as well as the ability to help support our customer service team (calling couriers, answering calls, sending invoices, pricing or responding to emails). This is a fast-paced, physical, work environment that requries attention to detail, good time management, and a willingness to work within a team or on your own as required.

You’ll need to have a love for what we offer—luxury gifts for all occasions—and be excited to spread our services to potential clients. Opportunities to advance and for additional hours/income if desired

Hours - 8am-4pm -Monday to Friday - Seek Part-time & Full-time opportunities

Location: Russell Lake Area Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

In this role you will:

• Support multiple customer service team functions as required to offer our clients a fun, smooth and upscale gift experience (answering calls and emails, organizing gift deliveries, etc.)
• Be responsible for various stages of the gift making process in alignment with our standards as required (pulling orders, making gifts, packing for shipping, printing shipping labels, etc.)
• Work alongside the studio team to ensure smooth and efficient operational processes and assist in other operational activities as required (e.g. processing and unpacking incoming product orders)
• Assist in various other studio activities when required (e.g. gift pricing, website work and strategic planning)
• Overseeing and ensuring the gifting work space is clean and set up for maximum efficiency including light cleaning/tidying duties as required in the studio
• Design, mock and price new gift ideas for upcoming seasons and for corporate projects when required

• Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds in weight
• Warehouse experience an asset
• Shopify experience an asset
