Select Your Packaging

Below are the luxury packaging choices, each highlighting the recommended number of products you can select:

Linen Tote - Ideal for those with a select few products in mind or for generous gifters planning on selecting 10 or more products. Select as many products as you would like and we will choose the best sized Tote. Each item is delicately wrapped in tissue paper for both shipping security and an enchanting opening experience. Your recipient will revel in the joy of discovering one thoughtful product after another. Your Linen Tote will be adorned with your chosen ribbon and a complementary seasonal accent, adding a finishing touch to your thoughtful gift.

Luxury Boxes - Mini Box (3 products) or Large Box (Up to 7 products)

Our luxury boxes are available in two sizes. The Mini Box accommodates 3 products, while the Large Box can hold up to 7 products. All our boxes are of premium quality and are designed to be cherished as keepsake boxes. Choose from three classic box colours: white, kraft, and black. During the ordering process, you'll select your box colour, products, and ribbon colour. Our skilled Gifters will then meticulously choose the perfect filler colour and accents to add the WOW-factor to your thoughtful gift.


Wood Box - Our premium Wood Box is the epitome of luxury, capable of holding up to 9 products. This box stands as the largest available in the Design Your Own function, guaranteed to leave a lasting impression on any recipient. Your gift will be finished with a double satin ribbon in your preferred colour, accompanied by a perfectly matched accent chosen by our Gifters, ensuring an unparalleled gifting experience.

As you make your selections, your chosen products will appear at the top of your screen, showcasing your Box Contents. Here, you can view your selected box type, each chosen product, and the overall total of your gift so far.

Add Your Details

Take a moment to select a card from our selection of exclusive cards and share your personalized message with us. Our team will handwrite your message for that extra special touch. Additionally, browse through our premium double stain ribbon colours or explore the belly band option to enhance the presentation of your gift. When choosing the ribbon colour, consider the colour scheme, theme, and box colour of your gift for a cohesive and polished look.

If you've opted for the Linen Tote, it will be in white and accompanied by black and white tissue paper. In this case, feel free to choose any ribbon colour you like! Remember, there are no wrong choices – it's all about personalizing your gift to perfection.

Choose Your Ready Date and Method

Indicate your preferred speed for crafting your gift: ASAP, Rush (1 business day), or a Future Ready Date. If you plan to send gifts to various locations within the same order, you can choose 'Multi-Ship' on the 'View Cart' page. All necessary delivery information, including your preferred method and shipping details, will be collected during the checkout process.

Delivery Method

We offer 3 different methods of delivery! 

We offer shipping across Canada from our studio in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia for a flat rate via Canada Post. Faster shipping is available with Xpresspost & Priority offered at checkout. Rates are based on your recipient's address. Free shipping is available on purchases over $400 for up to 4 gifts shipping to a single location. We offer international shipping for gifts as well. Please contact us athello@blackbowgiftco.ca for more info on international shipping rates and transit times.

Gifts can be hand delivered to your recipient(s) within the inner Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford, Lower Sackville, and Eastern Passage areas. We will reach out to your recipient(s) to arrange the best time for delivery once your gift is ready, or on your selected delayed date. Hand deliveries are available Monday-Friday only.

Free studio pickup is available at our studio in Dartmouth if you would like to pick up your gifts(s) in person during our business hours from Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.

Once your gift has been added to your cart it cannot be changed, so be sure to double check everything is correct. If you have submitted your order and you would like to make a change reply to your conformation email and we will be sure get back to you as soon as possible!
