Stream 1 is self-serve: shop our pre-designed collections or design your own gift online, at prices as advertised. Stream 2 is our premium concierge service: we guide your selections, or research and develop a custom branded concept for you.
Shopping online and customising with our help has no proposal fee. A fully custom proposal is $300, and the fee is credited in full toward your order.
Yes. From branded products and custom packaging to ribbon, tags and shipping boxes, almost every detail can carry your brand. What’s possible depends on the gift, quantity and timeline, and we’ll recommend the best fit and share pricing during your consultation.
Pre-designed gifts can be prepared in under 1 business day with rush service. Custom and branded projects take more planning because of sourcing, branding and quantity, so we recommend inquiring as early as you can.
Yes. You can ship to multiple locations online, with nationwide flat-rate shipping. For larger sends we offer recipient data collection and secure data management. Some items, such as gifts containing alcohol, have delivery restrictions, and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Yes. From a one-time order to a long-term program, we can set up batch, on-demand or pre-scheduled deliveries, storage and kitting, and a digital ordering platform for your team.
