The Custom Design
Process
Fill out our Inquiry Form! All we need at this stage is then date your gifts need to be ready by, location for delivery (or pickup) and approximate number of gifts required for your order.
We’ll promptly let you know if we are available to work on your gifts and send you some information. You will be able to decide if Black Bow Gift Co. is a good fit for you and can decide how you’d like to proceed! We can even schedule a call, free of charge, to discuss.
Great – you’ve decided we’re the perfect fit. You’ll sign and pay our consultation retainer and we will begin collecting information from you so we can get a better understanding of your vision and the specifics! The fun begins for us and you get to sit back and relax.
04We will take away all of the details you provided and begin sourcing and designing your gift. Once we feel we have the perfect gift design we will prepare our proposal and present it to you – how exciting!
05 After collaborating through design revisions until you absolutely love your customization, you’ll submit final payment for your gifts and sign off on your final gift design. Let’s get ready – it’s time to start creating your gifts!
