It just seems so natural that Bacon Jam would be the right thing to do. The sweet and mild saltiness to this jam makes it so versatile that you literally put this anything. Everything from your favorite burger or grilled meat or seafood, to pairing on a charcuterie board with cheese and a selection of crackers, this Bacon Jam is the absolute best. Our studio favorite, we love this jam dolloped over a wood-fired pizza! OH YUM! This jam is everything a bacon and a jam lover is looking for. The mastermind behind the Bacon Jam? Chef Jason Lynch!

Chef Lynch, of Grand Pre's Winery restaurant, Le Caveau, in Grand Pré Nova Scotia makes his Bacon Jam in-house. He cures and smokes local premium pork from Oulton's Farm, and creates this deliciously tasty treat. Made with ingredients such a brown sugar, molasses, red wine vinegar, and perfect bacon, this delightful addition to any meat will make your heart and your tummy jump for joy.

Not only has Chef Lynch created a beautiful Bacon Jam, he also offers other homemade sauces and dressings such as Plum Chutney, Dijon Mustard, Caesar Salad Dressing, Rosehip Jelly, Violet Juniper Bitters, and Labrador Fern Bitters just to name a few. Don’t worry, we host a variety of this products in our studio and are readily available in our pre-designed gifts or you can choose these items using the 'Design your Own' gift box feature!

Originally from the Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia, Chef Jason Lynch has written his own cookbook called "Straight From the Line". His cookbook highlights many of his culinary bests and showcases his many works of art in the kitchen. Nova Scotia is a place dear to our hearts, as it’s where we call home! Having Chef Lynch around is such a bonus!
